Murderers of Pukhavichy arsonists get amnesty?

Two murderers of the arsonist in Pukhavichy have been possibly amnestied, the European Radio for Belarus has learned from the Zhytkavichy District Police Department.
The chief of the pre-trial detention in Zhytkavichy confirmed that he visited the two men but declined any further comment on the situation.

Siarhei Aliferovich and Ihar Makarevich (pictured) from the village of Pukhavichy were sentenced to 5 and 3 years in a high-security prison for killing Mikalai Makarevich, the resident of the same village who was suspected of arson.

On July 9, Alexander Lukashenka amnestied 21 convicts, but it is unclear if Aliferovich and Makarevich were on the list.
