Myantsyuk's extradition may take six months or longer
Belarus' Prosecutor General's
Office has asked Russia to extradite Raman Myantsyuk, a speeding driver whom traffic
police tried to capture in early March by using civilian vehicles.
Valery Kavalchuk, a senior official with the Prosecutor General's Office, told Interfax that extradition procedures may take six months or even longer.
