National dictation to be written in the open air in Vitsebsk

Vitsebsk opposition members Barys Hamaida and Alena Zalesskaya are going to write the national dictation dated for the anniversary of the BPR in the open air. They expressed their intention after the head of the regional library Alyaksandr Syomkin had refused to put a room at the disposal of the head of the regional affiliate of BNF Kastus Smolikau so that he could organize the dictation there. According to Mr. Smolikau, the director of the library thinks that organizing the dictation in the library would be inexpedient.  That is why people wishing to write the dictation will have to gather in private flats on March 23 and some of them will do it in the open air.

The dictation has been organized in the office of BNF in Vitsebsk twice, but the small room is not enough for all the people wishing to take part in the action.
