Negligent parents to work off debts in Pinsk

Negligent parents who missing working days offered to them by the state will sweep streets as a punishment. The decision has been taken by Pinsk City Executive Committee.
They will clean forests, parks and dumps in their free time after work. Policemen will watch them working it off.

At the moment there are 161 people whose children are being brought up by the state in Pinsk. 155 of them have jobs offered by the state.
