New Akudovich's book "Belarus Archipelago" presented
Presentation of the new book "Belarus Archipelago" by Valiantsin Akudovich took place in "Lohvinau" bookshop on September 29.
The reader is to find dialogues, fragments of discussions and arguments in which the philosopher participated during the last 15 years, under the cover, reports Radio Svaboda.
The texts for this book have been taken from newspapers and magazines. These are not full texts, interviews, talks and dialogues, but the extracts. One of the most interesting chapters is dedicated to politics. However, Mr. Akudovich confessed he disliked politics. According to him, "all the politicians are ugly pigmies charmed by a wonderful fairy so they look beautiful".
