NGO activists discussing role of civic society in Eastern Partnership

About 30 representatives of non-governmental organizations and experts are taking part in an Eastern Partnership civic society forum that opened in Minsk on October 19.

Participants are expected to discuss the civic society's role in the European Union's Eastern Partnership program.

A bigger conference involving about 300 NGO delegates is scheduled for November 2.
