Nigerian abductors of Russians contact diplomats

The Russian Embassy managed to contact the abductors and the hostages in Nigeria. Let us remind you that six Russian citizens were abducted and a Nigerian driver was killed in Nigeria yesterday. All of them worked for the “Rusal” company.

Diplomats haven’t managed to find out what terrorist organization is responsible for it and whether the abductors are holding the Russians for some ransom. At the same time it became known that the hostages were feeling fine. Their location hasn’t been found yet.

According to the counsellor of the Russian Embassy to Nigeria Victar Hancharou, the diplomats are able to contact with the abductors and the hostages. No more details are given for the sake of the successful release of the hostages.
