No criminal case over beating of journalist Natalia Radzina

The Leninski District Proseuctor's Office in Minsk has refused to open a criminal case over the beating of Natalia Radzin, the journalists with the Charter'97 web site. The resolution said there was no publicly dangerous actions that require criminal charges. Belapan reminds that the office of Charter'97 was searched by the police on March 16. When agents broke into the apartment reneted by Radzina, the woman was beaten.

The journalist noted that the resolution has no mention that the office was search with violations.

Radzina did not rule out that she would file a complaint to the Minsk City Prosecutor's Office.
