Observers devided as "clean" and not clean" in Baranavichy

Election observers from the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) have no problem in receiving information about the number of those who have already voted. However, monitors from the Belarusian Helsinksi Committee are routinely denied this information without explanations. This occurred at the polling station No 15 located in School No 21 where Mikola Severtseu is BHC's election observer.
