Official arrested over graft in Minsk
A high-ranking official from the Thermal Power Plant No 5 in the capital Minsk was detained while receiving a bribe, Interior Ministry said in a statement. The consequences of the arrest and the amount of the bribe were not immediately revealed. The office of the prosecutor is probing the matter, writes Zviazda newspaper.
