One dies after explosion in Vitsebsk

The man injured during an explosion at the office of the Vitsebsk City Gas company has died in an intensive care unit at a local hospital, the Vitsebsk Regional Clinic said. Two women are still being treated after sustaining heavy injuries after the blast, reports Interfax.
The explosion took place on Thursday at the office of the Vitsebsk City Gas company. Investigators said that a volitale liquid was detonated by one of the victims.

The man and a woman had quarelled before the accident. The other woman seems to have been affected accidentally, as she was not associated with the conflict.
