One passenger survives Yemen plane crash
One of the passengers of the Yemen plane has survived, reports RIA “Novosti”.
The airbus fell into the Indian Ocean not far from the Comoro Islands. There were 153 people including 11 crew members on board. The majority of the passengers were citizens of France and the Comoros.
Yemen rescuers are engaged in the search operation. Two French war-planes and a ship have also been sent to the crash site.
The reason for the catastrophe has not been found out yet. However, the supervisor of the search operation has claimed that there were adverse weather conditions in the area of the crash.
