Only 5 diplomats to stay in US Embassy in Minsk
The Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has suggested that the American Embassy should reduce its Minsk staff to five diplomats. The US chargé d'affaires pro tempore in Belarus Jonathan Moor was informed about it. The Embassy informed BelaPAN that Jonathan Moor had expressed a protest against the new demand and noted that “this unexampled and unjustified step of the Belarusian authorities would result in serious consequences”.
