ONT not to pay $50 thousand for Eurovision song
Nobody will get 50 thousand dollars promised by the ONT for the winning song of “Musical Trial”. ERB has got to know about it from the director of “3+2” Katsyaryna Vashchanka. It has suddenly turned out that nobody was promised 50 thousand dollars though there were some other promises. Let us remind you that the administration of the ONT claimed that “Musical Trial” was a special contest organized to choose a song for the Eurovision. The author of the song that would win the contest was promised 50 thousand dollars. However, when the ONT encountered problems with participation in the Eurovision, representatives of the channel started saying that only the author of the song that would win in two or three seasons of the show would get the money. Now it has turned out that it is even more difficult to get the promised thousands.
Katsyaryna Vashchanka: “If the song of the winner takes part in the Eurovision and makes it to the top-10 or to the semi-final, we will discuss the financial reward”.
However, the song that will be brought to the Eurovision is written by a Russian producer Max Fadzeyeu, so one can be sure that the ONT has managed to save 50 thousand dollars.
