Over 1.6 million visit graves on Remembrance Day in Belarus
Over 1.6 million people across Belarus visited cemeteries Tuesday to remember their late relatives on Radunitsa (Remembrance Day), Interfax quoted the Interior Ministry of Belarus as saying. Radunitsa in Belarus is a public holiday. The remembrance of the late always takes place nine days after the Easter. On this day, people go to churches and then visit the graves of their late relatives.
