Owner of 25 kilos of TNT is wanted in Brest

TNT blocks weighing 25 kilos have been found in a garage cooperative society in Brest. Their owner decided to hand them over to the police but wanted to remain anonymous.
The man hid the blocks in the garbage and went to phone the police to inform that he had found TNT. However, the blocks were discovered earlier and miners arrived on the spot.

STV informs that Brest police are looking for the owner of the TNT blocks. Mass media report that inhabitants of the city are promised cash award for assistance.
