Pinsk court closes A.Vasiliyeu’s case

Pinsk court has closed the administrative case of an entrepreneur Alyaksandr Vasiliyeu.
The case was closed because the policemen who detained the activist had made a mistake while drawing up the protocol of detention. Let us remind you that the entrepreneur was detained at the Central Market in Pinsk on February 10. He was accused of using bad language.

Vasiliyeu asked for a lawyer during the hearing that took place the following day. The judge Mikalai Leshchanka gave the entrepreneur time to find a lawyer till February 15 and released him on receipt.
