Pinsk District village headmen to be obliged to get down to “ideological work”

Pinsk District headmen will soon get new responsibilities. Deputies of Pinsk District Council have analyzed the efficiency of their work and concluded that only teachers, employees of executive committees and agricultural specialists usually attend village meetings. Headmen will now have to change the situation for the better. They will conduct “ideological work” and help during check-ups at the district enterprises and establishments.
