Placing child in Minsk kindergarten costs $500
The manageress of a capital kindergarten is suspected of bribery. BelTA informs that the 39-year-old woman accepted 500 dollars from a parent who wanted to place his child in the kindergarten. A criminal case has been started against the manageress.
