Minsk police press service does not inform whether the people who broke window panes in the House of the Government on December 19 have been detained. Let us remind you that their photos appeared in social networks not long ago. They are called instigators. You can clearly see their faces in photos and videos.
The press secretary of Minsk police Alyaksandr Lastouski says that the information about the investigation is kept a secret.

Lastouski: “An investigation of the events of December 19 is being conducted. All the information will be made public if it is needed. The press service will announce everything the investigators will consider necessary”.
