Policemen injured in blast to get indemnification

Three policemen injured in the explosion in Minsk on July 4 have the right to get an indemnification. The head of the information and public relations department of Minsk City Department of the Interior Alyaksandr Lastouski informed ERB about it. It is not clear whether the other injured will also get an indemnification. Let us remind you that only one of the three injured policemen was taken to hospital – a Frunzenski District police officer who was participating in the surrounding of the territory of the event. He got a missile wound in his leg and is undergoing treatment in Ministry of Internal Affairs hospital. It is also known that one of the other two injured policemen is a student of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affaires.

This is what Alyaksandr Lastouski says about their right for an indemnification:

"Yes, it is their right. Everything will be compensated depending on the degree of the traumas. Of cause, the right is provided by the disciplinary statute”.
