Polish customs officers start working – Belarusian State Border Committee

The situation at the Belarusian-Polish border is getting better, Polish customs officers who have been on strike for a few days are getting down to work.
The head of the press service of the Belarusian State Border committee Alyaksandr Tsichchanka informed ERB about the situation at the border:

“The situation is improving. “Warsaw Bridge” has been opened and they have started letting cars pass. “Kazlovichy” may also be opened and lorries will be served there. Everything is okay at Hrodna part of the border, the situation has not changed there.

The things performed by Belarusian and Polish customs officers can testify to the fact that the process has moved off dead centre, customs check-points have made concessions and the work has been started”.

Other prospects will become known during the day.
