Polish spies appear in Belarus court
The military judges at the Supreme Court of Belarus today begin hearing the case of four Belarus nationals accused of spying for Poland. The Belarus's security service KGB said in July 2007 it had busted a Polish military intelligence ring that included former Belarus army officers and an officer of the Russian armed forces.
The KGB also said that the Polish intelligence targeted the military and strategic objects of Belarus and Russia, especially the components of the air defense systems.
The hearing is taking place behind the closed doors, reports Belapan.
