Prosecution changes Mihas Bashura’s accusations “to save” the case?
The prosecution would like to change the accusations of an activist of the “Tell the Truth!” campaign Mihas Bashura. In his lawyer’s opinion, they will be replaced with more serious ones. Let us remind you that Bashura is accused of forging documents to get a credit. The trial began on October 11. The prosecution claimed that it would like to change the accusations on October 15. The judge accepted the claim and the hearing will continue on Monday, October 18.
Bashura’s lawyer Tamara Sidarenka thinks that the prosecution is going to aggravate the state of the accused to save the case. Ms. Tamara has explained it to ERB.
Sidarenka: "It may be a more serious accusation and they may give a more precise definition that would aggravate his state. I think the presented accusations did not seem to be proving so they have decided to save the case and to formulate something else”.
