Public prosecutor's office does not want to deal with "T-shirt case"
Brest human rights activist Uladzimir Maley has received the public prosecutor's office's response to his complaint. The lawyer complained about the campaigning action which took place on November 21 at the football match in Brest. Let us remind you, kids wearing T-shirts with Aliaksandr Lukashenka's portraints and "Our President" sign came out on a football field. It is stated in the response that Maley's complaint has been transferred for consideration to Brest regional election commission. The human rights activist is convinced that the public prosecutor's office refrained from estimation of the actions of those who organized the agitation event, although they involved underage children into it.
The human right activist has filed another claim to the Brest regional public prosecutor's office so they would investigate who organized the mass campaigning event in support of the presidential candidate Aliaksandr Lukashenka, informs the web-site "Viasna".
Maley also asked to inform who had financed making T-shirts with Lukashenka's portraits, how many of them had been made, and who and were had made them. He asks to implement the measures of public prosecution reaction against the people who violated the electoral legislation.
