Public transport drivers violate traffic rules in Minsk
272 violations of traffic rules were detected by the police in the Belarus capital last week, according to the Minsk News agency, a web-based newspaper of Minsk City Hall. 57 drivers were fined for ignoring street lights, road signs and markingі. 108 were penalized for driving their vehicles without proper maintenance. 26 violators were penalized for talking on their mobile phones while moving. 10 were detained for overspeeding.
