Raman Mentsyuk may be imprisoned for 5 years

Raman Mentsyuk, the person who rammed “the live shield” created out of cars with people on Minsk-Miklashevichy highway in March, may be imprisoned for up to 5 years.
He is accused of road violation and usage of vehicles which resulted in casualties or injuries to other people, informs BelaPAN.

Let us remind you that Raman Mentsyuk and his wife Volha had been hiding from the Belarusian police for more than 3 months in Russia. Mentsyuk was arrested yesterday, according to a decision of a Moscow court. Documents needed for his extradition home are being prepared.
