Ramanchuk: Russian-Belarusian “trade wars” will continue
An economist Yaraslau Ramanchuk predicts a continuation of Russian-Belarusian “trade wars”. He has claimed it at a press conference in Minsk.
“Undoubtedly, the dumping supplies of Belarusian agricultural machinery to Russia will be investigated. As far as I know, Russia returned us 4 thousand tractors because their quality was bad. The tractors were sent to Turkmenistan afterwards”, - said Ramanchuk.
Furthermore, according to him, “the permanent gas and oil conflict” will continue. “The budget lacks 8 trillion roubles of the compensation needed to process oil which makes oil processing in Belarus senseless. Thus, we can predict a reduction of oil processing at our plants”, - claimed the economist.
In his opinion, there are also questions about the work of “Beltransgaz” and “comparably small questions concerning the access of Belarusian meat and milk to the Russian market”, - informs BelaPAN.
