Ramanchuk would like Lithuania to have stricter and more consolidated position

Opposition presidential contenders have met the Lithuanian leader Dalia Grybauskaitė in Minsk.
Yaralsau Ramanchuk claimed that the meeting made a contradictory impression. Lithuania tried to solve numerous pragmatic issues before the Belarusian elections but such things should not be done before elections, noted Ramanchuk. He thinks that Grybauskaitė’s visit is a visit of political support of Lukashenka.

According to Ramanchuk, Grybauskaitė urged opposition politicians to unite and repeated Lukashenka’s words that presidential candidates would be registered and members of their initiate groups would be included in election committees. However, all Lukashenka’s promises are not worth an old song, added Ramanchuk. The economist wants the EU and Lithuania’s position to be stricter and more consolidated, informs BelaPAN.
