Registration for centralized tests opens in Belarus

The registration of high-school would-be graduates for centralized tests has been open in Belarus. According to the university enrollment rules, the registration will end on June 1. Applicants can sign up for tests on not more than three subjects: the Belarusian or Russian language (optional) and two subjects depending on the sought profession.

The Belapan news agency reports that this year's tests will take place later than in the two previous years, because the academic year in secondary schools was extended. The first tests in the Belarusian langauge will take place on June 15. The tests will end with a test in chemistry on July 1.
