Relay hunger strike dated for second anniversary of camping
Adherents of Alyaksandr Kazulin have urged to start a relay hunger strike on March 20. The action will be dated for the second anniversary of camping at Kastrychnistkaya Square that took place in 2006 in protest against the falsification of results of the presidential election.
The main demand is to release political prisoners - Alyaksandr Kazulіn, Andrei Kіm and Syarhei Parsyukevіch and to stop persecution of a number of Belarusian democratic activists.
Let us remind you that Syarhei and Alyaksandr Skrabets went on a hunger strike on March 10. A civil activist Syarhei Halahanyuk and a former investigator of the confinement cell of the department of the interior of Minsk City Executive Committee Aleh Alkayeu joined them later. The deputy head of the BCDP Ihar Rynkevich, the leader of social-democratic youth Ales Straltsou, an entrepreneur Mikalai Autuhovich and an activist of the liquidated Belarusian Labour Party Tatstsyana Vanina are going to join the hunger strike on March 20, reports Alyaksandr Kazulin’s press service.
