Activist from Rahachou detained for 5 days for insulting a policeman
This is not the first detention for Dzianis Dashkevich. He published advertisements about protest actions at his web-site.
Dashkevich's wife states that Dzianis walked out of the cafe with his friends to have a smoke. Policemen approached him and demanded he should go with them. When the activist asked them to introduce themselves, they rudely seized him and delivered to the police department, “Radio Liberty” informs.
Dzianis Dashkevich already served 5 days of administrative detention back in the beginning of July. An advertisement about a silent protest action was published at the web-site which he edits. Dzianis was accused of organization of a non-sanctioned mass event then.
