Alcohol bars and children's concerts at polling stations in Homel
Observers have spotted alcohol drinks in public schools transformed into polling stations.
Children perform concerts next to a makeshift bar in School No 3 (Saveckaja constituency No 34). Bars and children's concerts at public school are also in Centralnaja constituency. In Jubilejanaja constituency, schools turned into polling stations also have special play rooms where parents can leave their kids while voting and attending the concerts and the bar.
Computer games, chess, darts and table tennis are offered free of charge at the polling station located at the local university.
