Alyaksandr Arestovіch is in KGB detention centre
Alyaksandr Arestovіch, Mikalai Statkevich’s representative, is in the KGB detention centre. His son Dzmitry has informed Euroradio about it on air.
According to him, he did not know anything about his father for two
days. KGB refuted that Alyaksandr Arestovich was there only yesterday.
However, a lawyer on duty has phoned today and informed that the
politician is in the KGB detention centre. He is detained as a suspect
in the case concerning mass disorders. Thus, 19 people are suspects in
this case now.
Dzmitry Arestovich says that his father suffers
from pancreatic diabetes. According to the lawyer, they are monitoring
his blood sugar. Alyaksandr Arestovich is silent and does not talk to
anyone, she added.
