Authorized graffiti appears in Pinsk (photo)
The head of the culture department of Pinsk City Executive Committee whose name is Alyaksandr Lukashenka, has allowed graffiti on a city building.
Interestingly, the guys caught while painting a portrait of Bob Marley have been entrusted with it. “The bombers” have paid a fine and are painting an authorized picture on the same building – trees growing through the wall.
Pinskers wonder why a decent portrait of Bob Marley has been painted over while unsightly racist inscriptions have remained on the walls of the building.
