"Gasprom" overpays about 1,5 million dollars for "Beltransgas" (document)

According to the documents, "Gasprom" paid 112 billion 600 million Russian roubles for the shares of "Beltransgas". Alongside with that, "the fair clear price of the actives at the moment of purchase" was estimated by the Russian side as 68 billion 600 million Russian roubles. The remaining 44 million Russian roubles (a little bit less than 1,5 million dollars) are recorded in the company's financial report as "preliminary evaluation of a business reputation".
