Institution of jury may apear in Belarus
Alyaksandr Lukashenka thinks it is necessary to consider this issue.
It is stated in the Message on perspectives of development of the system of common courts of the Republic of Belarus.
It is planned to consider the issue on possibility of introduction of the institution of jury, to provide a step-by-step implementation of audio and video equipment to the courts' activity in 2012–2013, to give the offices of civil registration authorization to conduct divorces on mutual consent of a husband and a wife if they don't have any property arguments and underage children, reports BELTA.
