Kanavalau-Kavalyou trial resumed
The two-days break in the trial is over.
The trial against Dzmitry Kanavalau and Uladzislau Kavalyou who are accused of organization of a series of blasts and the terrorist attack in Minsk metro will be resumed today in the House of Justice in Minsk. The lawyers of defense are supposed to speak up today.
Let us remind you, Dzmitry Kanavalau is accused of preparation and conducting of the terrorist attack on April 11, 2011. Kanavalau admitted guilt. He faces death penalty. Uladzislau Kavalyou is accused of copartnership in preparation of the terrorist attack and failure to report about Kanavalau. Kavalyou does not admit guilt and takes an active part in the trial.
