Lyabedzka to be interrogated about tortures in KGB prison
The head of the United Civil Party will be interrogated at the Military Prosecutor Office on July 20.
The politician has phoned and informed that major investigator of the Military Prosecutor Office Andrei Halilau has phoned him and informed about the necessity to check the information about the violation of KGB prisoners’ rights.
Anatol Lyabedzka has told Radio Liberty that he is going to describe the events he witnessed starting from December 2010 until April 2011. At the same time the UCP leader doubts that the torture case has any future prospects. Lyabedzka is sure that the Prosecutor Office is imitating an investigation.
