Members of "European Belarus" arrested for arson of House of Justice
Policemen searched Andrej Molchan's house and seized his sister's laptop on May 26 in the morning.
Molchan was delivered to the Moscow district administration of internal affairs for an interrogation. According to the information provided by the web-site of the human rights center "Viasna", the arrestee's sister and father arrived there after the police, but the policemen on duty rudely told them off, saying there wasn't such an arrestee in their department. Then Molchan came out to his family for a few minutes - after the interrogation there were expretises.
"European Belarus" members Andrej Bazhyn and Danila Hancharou were aslo detained and delivered to the Moscow district administration of internal affairs. All of them were interrogated as witnesses in the case of the House of Justice arson. Let us remind you, several bottles with "Molotov cocktail" were thrown into the back entrance to the House of Justice on the night after the sentence to Andrej Sannikau had been pronounced.
In spite of the witness status, they are conducting saliva expert examination and taking fingerprints of the detainees.
