Police take interest in Tatsiana Sieviarynets
Two policemen tried to get into her apartment while she was away.
The activist's husband Kastus Sieviarynets did not let the policemen in. Tatsiana says that she will speak to the police only after they provide a subpoena, executed in due course, Radio Liberty informs.
Tatsiana Sieviarynets thinks that the police's interest may be explained by the fact that she worked in the organizational committee of the People's Assembly which took place on October 8. The policemen followed Iryna Yatskevich, Tatsiana Sieviarynets and Valer Spatkay after the Assembly, but the inhabitants of the house in Bahdan Khmylanitski Street, where the Assembly took place, hid them.
