Runaway criminal detained in Slonim
The man had to stand trial for hooliganism 1.5 years ago. The detained may be sentenced to three years of imprisonment for his escape on the way to court.
The criminal who has been wanted for 1.5 years has been detained in a Slonim flat.
Let us remind you that the Slonim “authority” who had numerous previous convictions for crimes, 41-year-old Syarhei Bytsko (“Bytsa”) escaped on his way to court. He was being delivered from Baranavichy to Slonim in a police car when he managed to set himself free and escape to the forest somehow.
Special police troops and other security agencies arrived in Slonim back then. They searched for Bytsko and patrolled all the entrances to the city. However, they did not manage to find the runaway then.
