Salihorsk authorities forbid two demonstrations at a time
The city executive committee did not allow democratic activists to conduct two demonstrations in Salihorsk on June 11 and 12.
The authorities justified their refusal by "unclear definition of the form of conducting mass events".
Representatives of local democratic active claim that the demonstration will take place in any case. However, they canot tell the exact date so far.
In the opinion of the applicant of the planned demonstration Uladzimir Shyla, further economic degradation may gather many outraged people in central squares of Belarus in the nearest future, the human rights center "Viasna" informs.
