Today's the 5th day of trial on metro blast case
One of the accused Dzmitry Kanavalau refused to give evidence in court yesterday, having said he used his right.
Instead of this, Kanavalau's lawyer asked the court to disclaim two protocols of interrogation and to demonstrate the video recordings dated April 13. It is seen in the video that Kanavalau acted unnaturally at the interrogation, he complained about poor physical condition and explained this by the fact that he had used vodka the day before. It is not excluded that the accused was drunk at the interrogation as well, as he kept looking at the floor and could not pronounce some words properly.
Dzmitry Kanavalau's lawyer turned the attention to the discrepancies between the video record of the interrogation and the text of the protocol.
