Trial against Kastus Shytal postponed
When Kastus arrived to the court today, he was informed there would be no trial. The reasons for this are unknown.

A court trial against a journalist of the Internet-portal "Westki" and a civil activist Kastus Shytal should have started today in the Hlybokae district court.
Kastus Shytal is accused of breaking the electoral legislation. He was an observer of the campaign "Human Rights Defenders for Fair Elections" at one of the polling stations at the presidential election.
In particular, Shytal is accused of asking a professional lyceum student whether he came to vote early voluntarily, when he was an observer at the election.
