Yermakova: A lady should have no less than 3 pairs of footwear per season
Owner of a shoe shop Alena Yermakova disagrees with the National Bank's Chair Nadzeya Yermakova and has to close her business.
Chair of the National Bank Nadzeya Yermakova confessed to the journalists that she had "lost as everyone" due to devaluation, and that "the money goes only for clothes". Previously, she told that Belarusian women should be satisfied with just one pair of footwear per season, taking into consideration the increase of prices for imported footwear.
This is the footwear which Nadzeya Yermakova wears in the National Bank. We haven't managed to find out whether this is the only pair yet.
“Yes, the footwear is imported, yes, it will be expensive, – said Nadzeya Yermakova when she was the Chair of "Belarusbank". – We'll manage with one pair of footwear, not two”.
Euroradio has found a namesake of the National Bank's Chair - entrepreneur Alena Yermakova, who sells Russian footwear in the shopping center "Titan". Mrs. Alena inherited the business from her grandmother just two months ago.
“My grandmother sold men's footwear and had tree trading spots in Minsk, – says Alena Yermakova. – I left just one shoe shop and changed the assortment for the women's one. This is how I made the business successful”.
Alena Yermakova closes the shop because of high rent, while her namesake is doing well.
However, Alena closes the shop despite the high demand - the rent is too high.
“Almost all my incomes go for payment of the rent and communal services. Therefore, we are now selling out with big discounts”.
Shoe seller Yermakova disagrees with the National Bank's Chair Yermakova. She is convinced that a lady should have no less than three pairs of footwear.
Besides, Alena has invited Nadzeya Yermakova to visit her shop and promised to find her footwear which would correspond to her ststus of the National Bank's head.
“Nadzeya Yermakova is an elegant woman, so classical style, classical boots lower than a knee would suit her, – Alena has said. – I will help her to choose the footwear, besides, we have 50% discounts. We need to please ourselves more often. A woman should not wear the same footwear all the time. A lot of footwear is always good”.
