Retailers will not need licenses
The
Belarusian government plans to revoke the licensing requirement for retailers.
Deputy Economy Minister Andrey Tur said that a decree to that effect has
already been drafted, Interfax reported.
Tur touted the measure, noting that retailers accounted for 80 percent of all business licenses issued in the country. The decree also will scrap licenses "for all activities in aviation" and for transport services.
