Ruins of Edward Vainilovich’s estate included in excursion route

The ruins of the estates that belonged to an aristocrat Edward Vainilovich have become part of an excursion route. It includes four places now – modern villages of Kapyl District that have preserved the memory about the patron, reports the Belarusian Sate Broadcasting company. The historical excursion will consist of guides’ stories and theatrical performances. The trip to estates has been worked out by Kopyl Museum of Local Lore and a civil association “Education without Borders” not only for an educational purpose but also to attract attention to the problem of monument preservation.

Let us remind you that the centenary of the Catholic Church of Saint Symon and Alena built at the expense of Edward Vainilovich will be marked on November 21.
