Ruslan Salei confesses he smokes cigars
The captain of Belarus national hockey team Ruslan Salei has commented on the decision of Russian hockey players to avoid contacts with the press. “Pressball” reminds that the reason for the scandal was the fact that representatives of mass media took pictures of some hockey players smoking near a restaurant. Salei noted that he had never set up a boycott to anyone: “It is impossible to photograph me smoking a cigarette because I do not smoke. I only smoke cigars. If somebody is interested and they want to take a picture of me – they are welcome, I will show up with a cigar. Let them take pictures”.
