Russia to expose Belarus-made meat, milk to radioactive controls
The Russian sanitary authorities will monitor meat products from Belarus, Kazakhstan and Ukraine for radioactive contamination, reports Belapan. Russian officials possess information that Belarusian farmers have begun cultivating the contaminated land in the areas affected by the Chernobyl nuclear accident.
